What we collect and why

  • Launch emails: your email address and signup preferences, so we can send the AM/PM updates you requested. The legal basis is your consent.
  • Enquiries: your name, email, message and any order reference. We use these to answer you, take steps at your request before a purchase, fulfil a contract where relevant, and otherwise pursue our legitimate interest in providing customer support.
  • Orders: contact, billing, delivery, transaction and payment-status information needed to take payment, fulfil your order, handle returns and keep legally required records. The bases are performance of the contract and legal obligations.
  • Website use: device, IP address, browsing and consent information used to operate and protect the site. Non-essential analytics and advertising use consent where required.

You can browse without joining our email list. Order or contact details are needed to provide the relevant service. Please do not include sensitive health information in an ordinary enquiry.

Services we use

Shopify hosts the store and processes information needed to run it. Payment services process payment information when you order. Delivery providers, including PostNL when used, receive the details necessary to deliver your parcel. Providers supporting email, customer service and security receive information only for their role.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify may combine information from interactions with this store and other merchants to improve services, personalise experiences and support advertising. For those independent purposes, Shopify is responsible for its own processing. Read Shopify’s consumer privacy policy and use its privacy portal to manage the rights it supports.

Cookies and email choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email, or contact us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Transactional messages about an order are separate from marketing.

Use Cookie settings to review your cookie choices. Sending our contact form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Keeping and transferring data

We keep launch signup data while needed for the updates you requested, or until you withdraw consent. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect an opt-out. Enquiries are kept while needed to resolve the matter and handle relevant legal claims. Order records are kept for the applicable tax, accounting and legal retention periods.

Shopify and other service providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can contact us about these rights or complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.
