About AM/PM
“We”, “us” and “our” refer to the AM/PM business identified below. These terms apply to the AM/PM website and direct consumer purchases.

Before launch
Products marked Sold Out are not available to order. An email signup does not create an order, reserve stock or commit you to pay. We will announce availability separately.
Orders and prices
Before payment, you will see the products, total price, applicable taxes and delivery charge. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted. We will explain and refund any payment for an order we cannot accept or fulfil.
Payment is taken through the payment options displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. Changes to future prices or terms do not change an order already accepted.
Delivery and returns
Our shipping policy explains delivery. Our returns policy explains statutory cancellation rights and the additional 30-day scent guarantee, including the requirement to return at least 75% of the original contents for that additional guarantee.
Using the product
Follow the directions and precautions on the product label. The body butter is a cosmetic for external use. Individual scent perception and wear time vary. Descriptions of expected fragrance wear do not replace your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about AM/PM and place legitimate orders when available. Do not interfere with its security, submit unlawful material or use its content commercially without permission.

Questions, complaints and your rights
Contact us with a question or complaint and the relevant order details. We will investigate and work with you on a resolution.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer protections and your right to use a competent court remain intact.
